The branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the East Kazakhstan region is looking for a qualified candidate for the position of consultant in the Administrative Department.

You will carry out the work of the Branch on information-bibliographic and library services and keep a record of services.

You will timely prepare press releases and other information (articles, press releases, press announcements, interviews) about events relating to activities of the branch in Kazakh, Russian and English languages.

In order for you to pass a successful selection, you must have:

higher (or postgraduate) education in the relevant specialty, preferably additional training in the field of public relations and the media;

work experience in the specialty and / or in the field of public relations and the media for at least 1 year;

the presence of Kazakhstani and international certificates of advanced training and / or participation in training programs;

strategic thinking; change management and improvement; making effective decisions; cooperation and partnership; capacity building; organization and responsibility; customer orientation of educational services; knowledge of legislation in the field of education; knowledge of the basics of librarianship;

fluency in Kazakh and Russian languages.
