The branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the East Kazakhstan region is looking for a highly qualified candidate for the position of lead expert in the Cabinet for the development and implementation of educational programs (during maternity leave of the main employee).
To ensure that You have successfully passed the selection process you must have:
– work experience in the sphere of education at least 3 years;
– higher education, preferably a master’s degree (preferably a foreign university);
– high level of professional ethics, critical and digital thinking ability, client-focusedness, effective communicative and time-management skills, ability to fulfill tasks in high stress and short deadlines, positive attitude to the work and desire for improvement;
– fluency of Kazakh, Russian languages, English is preferable.
